“A lot of materials go into thatching, how do they get everything on site and take everything away?”
Well, these photos should show you how we transport everything, to and from a new job.
A decent pickup and a big trailer that can carry 6 bails of Reed is the answer, this allows us to get everything safely on site and if the job is fairly big it just requires a couple of runs.
The other photo we have uploaded is off old thatch ready for disposal.
For tools and some of the smaller stuff we also have a van, and a wagon that can help us transport materials – the wagon can comfortably carry around 3 bails.
