Today we went out to Nuneaton in Warwickshire to fix a leaky chimney, this was due to insufficient lead flashing. A new, much bigger flashing was chased in and pointed using lead mastic rather than cement. The lead was then treated with patination oil and the was chimney given a new coat of paint.
The owners were really pleased with the result, and were grateful the job was done so quickly!
